Once customers choose you, RewardLoop opens straight back into your selected store experience. Reward tracking, wallet actions, suggestions and a configurable Visit Store button stay in one place that feels like your own app inside RewardLoop.
New customers can also find participating stores from the RewardLoop store list. That makes your reward programme easier to discover by customers already in the app, without claiming guaranteed customer acquisition.

Launch Materials
RewardLoop includes branded digital poster support as part of standard launch, helping your shop look established from day one without forcing physical print into every plan.
See full launch-material detail on the poster page.
Repeat Momentum
RewardLoop keeps custom announcements and automatic reminders clear: send a guided store update when a one-off message matters, then let close-to-reward and reward-ready nudges keep loyalty moving between visits.
Why Switch
RewardLoop is built to help increase repeat visits, lift loyalty-driven revenue and make your store feel more rewarding than the place down the road. The app carries the reward journey, while launch posters make the offer visible even before someone scans.
How It Works
See the real counter route: staff sign in, enter the purchase, show a QR or scan the optional wallet pass, then confirm rewards when they appear. Need the full walkthrough? See How It Works.
Step 1 and 2
Set your offer, choose Essential, Starter or Growth and move into launch prep without extra hardware.
Step 3
Your initial branded poster and launch materials are prepared in the standard launch flow, so go-live feels organised before the daily routine begins.
Choose the separate Print and Deliver route when you want double-sided A2 posters and 10 A5 laminated till versions prepared for the store.
Built for real counter service
Owners sign in with the same email used during signup or setup. Staff can use till or front-of-house devices, keep the QR short-lived and redeem rewards cleanly when they appear.
Use the same email you used during signup or setup. RewardLoop fits the devices you already use behind the till or front of house.
No additional hardware required
Continue with the same owner email used during setup.
Staff tap the visit count or enter the spend amount depending on your reward model, so the flow stays practical for busy service.
RewardLoop shows a short-lived QR for the customer to scan. If wallet pass is easier, staff can scan that instead while the app remains the full experience.
RewardLoop shows when a reward is available, confirms the redemption and resets progress so staff can continue service cleanly.
Reward available
The owner flow shows the live reward decision clearly, so staff can present it without stopping service to work out the next step.
Confirmed and reset
Once staff present the reward, RewardLoop confirms the redemption and resets progress so the next visit can start cleanly.
After the same QR or wallet collection route, staff can confirm the reward and continue service with the next visit ready to build from zero again.
Step 5
Review transactions, charts, customer detail and suggestions in one owner workspace.
Data Hub becomes more useful as customers interact with your loyalty programme, so the early view stays practical and the broader chart views grow richer over time.
Start with one clear owner workspace, then keep every activity view connected as customers use RewardLoop.
Trend views stay visible once customer activity gives those charts useful depth.
Review recent loyalty activity and reward history from the same owner-side flow.
Open profile context and reward progress where supported.
Keep anonymous feedback visible after service without leaving the owner workflow.

FAQ
Standard launch can be live in as little as 3 working days when required details are supplied promptly.
Monthly billing starts only when you go live and activate your plan, not when you first create your account.
Self-serve plans include digital launch-material support and your initial branded poster. Fast Track (£99 per location) and Print and Deliver (£59 per location) are optional one-off add-ons, and the printed pack includes double-sided A2 posters plus 10 A5 laminated till versions.
Yes. Essential is built for smaller SMEs that want the core RewardLoop experience with a lighter monthly structure. Starter remains the recommended one-location route when you need more room to grow.
For Essential planning, active customers means customers with loyalty activity in the last 12 months. If you grow beyond that lighter route, Starter is the next step.
Fast Track and Print and Deliver are not included with Essential. If you need the fuller standard route, Starter or Growth keeps that path clearer, and the supported add-on route can be discussed before go-live.
No specialist loyalty hardware is needed. RewardLoop is designed for the till or front-of-house devices your team already uses, with QR collection and optional wallet-pass scanning built into the flow.
No. Customers can use the app for the full RewardLoop experience and add wallet pass only if they want faster access on repeat visits.
Staff sign in on a till or front-of-house device, select the customer purchase count or amount, then show a short-lived QR or scan the customer's wallet pass instead.
Most stores show a short-lived QR for the customer to scan. If wallet pass is easier, staff can scan the customer's pass instead. Both routes fit the same RewardLoop flow.
When a reward is available, the owner app presents the reward action during service. RewardLoop then confirms the redemption and resets progress so staff can continue cleanly.
RewardLoop is designed for the till and front-of-house devices you already use. Owners sign in with the same account email used during signup, so the operating flow is not tied to extra hardware.
Send the date/time, title and body to admin@rewardloop.co.uk. We help schedule the announcement for your customers. Automatic close-to-reward and reward-ready nudges are separate.
No. Customers use RewardLoop, but once they choose your store the app opens straight into your store page so it feels branded and familiar.
Participating stores can appear in the RewardLoop store list, which gives customers another way to find your reward programme. We do not promise guaranteed new customers.
They can track rewards, use wallet or pass actions, leave suggestions and use your chosen visit-store link where you have configured one.
The Visit Store button can point customers to your website, Google Maps listing or another useful destination. Many stores use it for Google Maps so customers can quickly find directions, store details and rating options from the app experience.
Yes. RewardLoop is the main self-serve product, but if you want your own branded app we also offer a Bespoke App route powered by RewardLoop technology. Bespoke App starts from £2,999 for the base app, with custom features and final pricing scoped separately.
RewardLoop is designed around secure account access, cloud-backed loyalty data and validated QR and reward flows. We keep those claims practical and do not rely on exaggerated security language.
RewardLoop uses cloud-backed infrastructure to keep account access, transactions and loyalty activity organised in-product, rather than relying on paper cards or disconnected spreadsheets.
RewardLoop uses proven app, cloud, wallet-pass and payment technology including Firebase-backed account access and app data, Google Cloud-backed services behind key app infrastructure, Apple platform technology for the iPhone experience and Stripe for billing where used. That helps keep the product reliable for stores and customers without requiring extra hardware.
Monthly plan billing is handled through Stripe once you go live and activate your plan. Setup and launch preparation stay free until activation.
